Your wedding day will be remembered forever. What could be better than offering yourself an album of photos that undoubtedly represent one of the most beautiful days - if not the most beautiful - of your life. Let me immortalize this day of wonder and love.
In wedding photography, I also work as a photojournalist; i.e. as in reporting. My goal is to capture the best moments of this memorable day. Always with your contribution. You tell me about your ideas, the type of photos desired, the number of photos etc... With my experience, we work to develop a work plan; where the different locations will be, what the different times of the day will be, etc. In short, we develop a plan and a very exhaustive schedule for the day. I summarize what characterizes me most in photography; photojournalism and/or reportage photography. But reporting does not simply mean taking photos for an agency or a media and it is not limited to taking photos of shows, of a large gathering in the streets of Montreal or even covering a gala for a newspaper etc… When we say reports, it could also be covering a wedding day, a baptism shoot, a school graduation celebration (no matter the level) or even photographing an engagement etc…
Weddings are news stories. More intimate. More user-friendly. This is among the reports that I prefer to cover, because I have contact not only with the bride and groom, but with the families and all those close to the bride and groom. Marriage is above all a BIG PARTY, a big celebration that will mark you for the rest of your life. It is therefore important that the memories captured are magnificent, even extraordinary. And not only do I have the pleasure of meeting people who are preparing for the best day of their lives, but I have the opportunity to witness and “report” on these incredible days.
As with all types of assignments, I meet the people with whom I will collaborate. We set the schedule for this beautiful day together; whether it is the preparation of the bride and groom and the meeting with the families, the bride and groom's album, the photos of the groups and families, the wedding celebration and the big reception.
I offer several rates and packages; 1/2 day, 1 full day, (or even just 2 or 3 hours when it comes to an engagement). And at very affordable prices, defying all competition. I allow myself to offer low and affordable prices for everyone, because on the one hand I have not done a “ton of weddings” and on the other hand, I find the prices generally exorbitant.
